Today, Yabzo officially entered our video “Gravity Killed the Dinosaurs” into the 2026 Webby Awards.

A little Webby history: the Webby Awards have been honoring internet work since 1996, and they’re presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS). The Webby Awards+1And this year is especially interesting because the

Webbys are rolling out a new, dedicated suite of AI honors—organized into AI Experiences & Applications and AI Features & Innovation—as part of their latest category lineup. The Webby Awards+2The Webby Awards+2

What is it?It’s a punchy, news-style video that riffs on an original angle: that the dinosaur extinction story might not be as simple as one space rock and a bad day. It’s part curiosity, part comedy, part “what if…,” and it’s also basically an advertisement for the “Gravity Killed the Dinosaurs” stand-up comedy album by Marc Miranda—available on Spotify (and anywhere you get your music or podcasts).

Why the Webbys?

Because the Webbys are basically the internet’s trophy case — and if you’re going to take a big creative shot, you might as well take it on a big stage. Win or lose, entering is a line in the sand: we’re making things, we’re shipping them, and we’re putting them in the arena.

What happens next?

Now we keep building, keep releasing new stuff, and see where it lands. If anything comes of it, you’ll hear it here first.

In the meantime, go watch “Gravity Killed the Dinosaurs”—and if it makes you laugh, think, or argue with your screen, even better. That’s the whole point.

More soon.
